We did not stay at this hotel and went to the downstairs section on a night out, when it was open as a club on a Saturday. The clubbing experience here was fun with heavily bright lights that shift colours continuously, underground setting has an isolated feel from society and the place was packed to the brim with visitors! Music was fun and added to the bright vibe, staff were a bit strict though as I was told I couldn't put a coat on an unoccupied seat had to either wear it or pay for a cloakroom which most places never make me do not even in London.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly comfortable. The rooms were clean, cosy and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. However, the staff truly stood out. They were incredibly lovely, friendly and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable, especially Caitlin. Caitlin was very welcoming and sweet. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you so much !!

I stayed at this lovely hotel in November 2025. The service was fantastic, rooms a delight and great location. Unfortunately I had a medical issue during my stay, staff & management went to so much effort to help me and were so helpful. I would definitely stay here again, thank you Legends David

Lovely hotel. Good room and location for the cost. Really good evening entertainment in with the room price. Just remember the rooms are above the night club. Ear plugs are provided but it does get loud.

Along the seafront, walkable distance to the town. Lovely Room (406)with sea view, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom 2 comfortable chairs to sit on (although windows needed a wipe over) lift upto room or stairs. Entertainment on the Thursday and Friday we were there. Went on Friday, singer and show was brilliant, funny and entertaining. Parking was through the hotel at £17.00 in zone c for the 2 days of our stay. Did not eat there so cannot comment on the food. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Whilst not quiet, had not expected it to be, as along the seafront and the noise level was acceptable as nightclub was in basement. Ear plugs were thoughtfully provided if you wanted them. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The Good bit - Loved the breakfast, proper English breakfast. The chef could accommodate my request for an omelet although it was not in the menu. The location is excellent. I booked a double room and it was very clean. Every thing was thoughtfully provided in the room like hair drier, Iron box for dress pressing, earplugs, toiletries, etc. The rooms are cleaned everyday, thoroughly. The Bad bit - The windows were not completely sound proof, although they provided some insulation from the noise. I can't blame the hotel completely as it was located on the main road, right infant of the beach. I suggest the hotel to get the windows sound proofed and then there would be no flaw to the hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect. I am not sure how I would feel about staying here without a sea-view, so I highly recommend getting a room with one. The hotel is situated on top of a club bar, so I'd also suggested getting a room on one of the higher floors. Because of the music, I am dropping this to a 3 star, but I would consider staying again - just on a much higher floor. There was not music every night, I'd maybe ask about that before visiting. Prime location though, you are a stones throw away from the iconic Brighton pier. The room was very clean, no issues there.

Amazing Location, Nice room, lovely views, good breakfast. Stayed the top floor on the corner of the building and we thought the views from the bed was quality. Nice staff. Parking is terrible, but everywhere in Brighton is. Would stay again.
