Went to the bar for a drink and Eddie was just incredible - such attentive service. My friend wanted mulled cider and he went and made it for her anyway! We ordered the boozy hot chocolate, and gave her the rest. He was so kind and made some great adaptations to make our night special. Thank you, Eddie.
We are currently staying at the hotel in celebration of my husbands birthday. We have stayed before and always have a great experience. The customer service is exemplary, and there is always a warm welcome here and today was no exception . The room is lovely and comfortable and there was a lovely note for husband’s birthday. Today our expectations were surpassed. We had an amazing meal in restaurant and a lovely bottle of champagne. When it was opened it went with a pop, and the lady opening spilled a little. This was noticed by the manager and he brought us an extra two glasses of champagne after our meal. This was above and beyond, and so well received by us. Very highly recommended xx
Fantastic hotel. Made better by the staff who were all lovely and friendly even though they were very busy. Downside is no lift, we didn't check before arriving. However I can manage stairs slowly and staff helped us with our bags. Booked to go back for 2 nights next year. We had a bath in our room which was lovely. The doors into the bathroom were part frosted glass which some people might not like. I don't know the facilities in other rooms. Our room was spacious and clean. Accessible toilet on the ground floor adjacent to the bar and bistro.
An Exquisite Wedding Reception, Thank You! We had our wedding reception at the Dome, Brighton Hotel Du Vin this weekend, and it was absolutely exquisite. Laura, Katie and the whole events team were exceptional and made the whole day spectacular. The food, service, and decor were wonderful; it was a very special day indeed. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Hotel Du Vin who had a hand in making the day so fabulous. We really appreciate it and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone considering a Brighton Wedding.
A wonderful hotel with excellent service, great food and a great sense of privacy and luxury. The breakfast was superb and the bar staff were lovely too. It is dog-friendly and very clean and comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in with deliciously perfect pillows. Highly recommend this superb hotel.
A welcoming hotel with friendly reception staff. The room was clean, comfortable and as described in the booking. As we were towards the back of the hotel it was lovely and quiet. There was lots of choice of food for breakfast, breakfast buffet as well as an a-la-carte breakfast menu. Everything cooked to order and delicious. The staff were attentive too.
The Hotel du Vin is an amazing place to stay in Brighton. It’s got a great location near the beach and isn’t a far walk from all the great shops further in town. The breakfast is delicious, but the best part is the bar. The bar has a great atmosphere as well as a very knowledgeable staff and the nicest bar manager, Pasha. He was extremely accommodating and made us special drinks that weren’t on the menu. Highly recommend!
A nice, restful place. The room was too small and had a musty smell but our stay was very satisfactory. The food, breakfast and dinner was excellent. The staff were exemplary especially Sam in the dining room. We'll done ALL staff.
