Quiet place to go for a walk, normally loads of ducks and geese around the pond. Pond levels really low due to the summer
Managing to hold up well in spite of the drought but sadly signs of problems to come as the water recedes hope it will rain soon It's a lovely peaceful place to sit and enjoy
Surprisingly quiet area tucked away between the A27 and the Brighton and Hove Albion stadium. Lovely lake, loads of wild fowl and the odd buzzard hovering above. Don't even try to go on a match day!
It's just a lovely little spot to sit in the car next to a pond and little church in peace and quiet.

Beautiful place for a walk or picnic, the pond was recently revived by local residents after the heatwave and most birds are back, (ensure you don't feed them though)

Never seen it empty in my life! Was this summer! Waiting for a lot of rain to bring it back to normal! Nice place to sit on the benches and relax!
It's a lovely peaceful place to visit, sit and watch the ducks and birds. Unfortunately no WC facilities make our stay much shorter. I think the local parish could offer some of these facilities,.
Love this little pond. Nice and relaxing and never very busy when I've visited. There are signs saying no feeding of the ducks. It's a picturesque pond with old houses around one side, rolling Downs on another and the local church too. The old water pump still stands too. The pond has loads of sarsen stones around the edge too.
