Our one year old GSD had a full groom here today. We are so impressed, the professionalism and friendliness of the groomer was first class. The lady made our dog feel safe and special, with a super result! We will be booking again and happy to recommend.
The young ladies did a great job of clipping my dog Harry's nails yesterday. He is a large senior boy and they managed him with ease. Thanks again.
All three off the ladies I saw today were so lovely. Jessie was having her first groom, and they looked after her really well! She looked beautiful when we collected her. Very happy with the groomers and with Jessie for behaving so well.

I recently learnt that my dog has been muzzled and no one at the Groom Room ever told me about it. I have always been happy with the Groom Room (having been a regular customer for 2 years) but on my last visit the groom was not up to standard so I let them know I was disappointed. In their response, they said that my dog always had to be muzzled and was ‘notorious difficult to groom.’ I was shocked. I have never been told about muzzling and always been told my dog has been really well-behaved. I understand the need for muzzling but it is unacceptable to not let an owner know. When I raised this concern with the Groom Room they told me that my next groom has had to be cancelled due to staff shortage (it isn’t for another month and has been in the diary since the summer). I would no longer recommend using this service if you want an honest and approachable groomer.
Excellent service for dogs claws to be clipped.
They do a marvellous job at Hall Road branch (the only one I've used, so not saying other branches don't) but I think they're a bit expensive although they're not short of customers. You try getting an appointment!
