   Skechers has been my preferred brand for years, as I truly appreciate the comfort and quality of its products. Recently, I visited the store to resolve an issue with one of my pairs. I was extremely impressed by the outstanding service provided by the store manager, Brad, and sales associate Noshi (apologies if the spelling is slightly incorrect). They were highly attentive, professional, and resolved my concern far beyond my expectations. Experiences like this reinforce why Skechers has earned such a strong reputation for excellent customer care. Thank you, Brad!

   I bought a pair of Trainers at this store on Saturday and was served by the most helpful sales assistant I have come across in a long while . Her name is Lily and her patience is above the norm…….she brought me umpteen different boots and trainers to try on and never once got Impatient. You deserve a gold star !!

   I needed a new pair of comfortable shoes for work and have been recommended Skechers many times. Alessia was incredibly helpful and patient with me, and spent a lot of time helping me try on many different shoes, including a lot of weird sizing requests, as apparently I don't know my own foot size, and digging out the matching pair for display shoes which I found more comfortable. I came, expecting to browse and consider my options for future purchase, as I'm very indecisive and have weirdly shaped feet. I left, very happy, with two pairs of shoes, due to exceptional customer service.

   Morris assisted with our purchase, very professional and accommodating. Watch out for some misleading sale signs, as seen in photos, shelf says get second pair 30% off, none on that shelf are included! Tiny sticker on sole of shoe states not included.

   Great shop with a huge range of trainers / casual shoes, so many it's hard to choose! I was assisted by Cerys who was so helpful and went back and forth several times to bring me shoes in different styles and sizes so to help me find the most comfortable ones.

   Very rude - went in to look at shoes and picked up a shoe off from the above part of the display (above eye level) and someone rushed over at high speed and in a very loud voice commanded us to only pick up shoes from the lower part of the display. Never experienced such an attitude in a Shoe shop - who do they thing they are?

   Got my first pair of Skechers from this store. My ankle has problem and the shoes are surprisingly supportive and comfortable. Price is not cheap but it is worth. Staff is also friendly and helpful.
