I've asked for a refund but nothing as yet, going to speak to health and safety at Southampton concil, not fit for homeless people, disgusting place
The beds was uncomfortable the rooms were unhygienic it looked like it was not cleaned in ages there was random people knocking on our door at 3 am
I slept well but last night u woke up to strangers knocking on my door trying to get in when I opened my door some guys said they had a booking when he obviously didn't because I was already sleeping there, the next day my family also expirienced the same thing apparently they went to every individual room,waking up the children,I think they slept here before and had the passcode for the main gate and that's how they got in, I recommend the pub change the passcode after every booking
unclean and disgusting! We booked through Airbnb to stay in the chalets to still find the cleaner cleaning at 5:30 and a very unclean room with wet bath mats. We did not stay immediately asked for a refund and have been refused.!
My regular place to drink, Love the atmosphere, staff are very polite overall a great place to be .
Came in on Tuesday night with about 30 other newcastle supporters on the way to Southampton Met a lovely couple in there with 2 smashing kids

Food is delicious and such friendly staff and makes you feel very welcome, definitely will be a regular in there, prices for food and drinks are great. Amazing family friendly pub.
Moved in up the road 5 months ago and I've gone here about 5-6 times. Sunday roast is also very good but they fill up fast so best to get there early. We had only gone once with the wife and kids but food was really good and at a reasonable price.
Lovely pub, gorgeous food with a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Held a few events here which have always been amazing. Garden is beautiful and newly refurbished rooms. I absolutely love this pub and even though I rarely go out I am always welcomed back with a smile.
