   Terrible customer service. The staff in the warehouse are clueless and very rude. They try to cover themselves by blaming the customer. Would avoid this company and find someone that know what they are doing. RALPH in the office was despicable, never rings back when they say.

   Rude customer service. I had called to ask about a quotation or some help regarding plastic, and the customer care operator (I believe his name was Ethan) simply said ‘no’ and disconnected the call without any explanation. I have never experienced such rude behaviour before.
