   I spent a few days here for business with a colleague in a large loft room. For the price it was very clean, comfortable, spacious and well presented. The almost 360 degree view was top notch. Highly recommend, will stay here again if in the area.

   Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean and tidy. Very good shower and a good size bathroom. Free parking outside of the boathouse. The staff are fantastic Very helpful and very good at customer service. We had dinner there one evening and was very impressed by the room. Breakfast is also very good, continental is included in the room price and a full English is £8 which again was very good. The views are very good from the restaurant and bar. This is a great place to base yourself if you're looking to explore the new forest.

   Brilliant dinner at the boathouse tonight. George and Ava were fantastic. George could not be more accommodating apologising for the delay. Highly recommend food was excellent. View is always stunning overlooking the marina.

   We had a small breakfast here last week and it was really tasty. Lovely view of the mariner and clean and quiet inside the restaurant. Staff were lovely, helpful and polite but sadly the coffee was the absolute worst I have had in a long time. Hence 4 stars instead of 5. We were given a nice glass of iced water which was great.

   Views of the marina and the boats out of every window. Prompt, friendly service and a good value English breakfast. Only reason a 4* for atmosphere was that it was a fairly empty restaurant so not much of a lively buzz, but that also meant a quiet enjoyable meal without tons of kids, dogs and other diners fighting for air time.

   Dinner was poor. Manager was not interested in our complaint that one of the meals was not cooked. Although waitresses were very helpful. Manager then called last orders, but wouldn't let us order a drink as we had complained about our meal. Won't be going to eat or drink there while this manger has this attitude. ...

   I cannot give a full star rating because I have never stayed in the hotel. I visit at intervals with a small group of friends simply for a chat and coffee in the cafe. The staff are very friendly and attentive but not intrusive. It's a real pleasure to meet there and we will continue to do so.

   Had a really nice evening meal at the boathouse whilst visiting Hythe Marina on our boat. The interior (though quite small) was very bright with windows all around and a modern nautical theme. They had a birthday function on and we were only able to be seated as I had booked so I recommend it as you don’t want to get turned away and miss out on the amazing food they offer. I had the seafood linguine which was fantastic and full of flavour and quite filling too! Service was exceptionally friendly too which to me always enhances the dining experience. I have heard that their Sunday lunches are also fantastic but unfortunately the Saturday evening was my last night at the Marina. Very easily accessible too for visiting boats.
