   This was an amazing New year's experience. I don't know all the staff by name, and it would actually seem unfair to single them out for praise when they all deserve it equally. From room cleaning to restaurant to bar staff and reception, child den staff and spa personnel, they were all equally friendly, positive and helpful at all times. I cannot fault the staff at this hotel. My daughters had a magical time and so did I and my husband. I loved the dancing barman at midnight too! You all made us feel so at home and I can't remember a place in the UK that has equalled that feeling. Thankyou. So clean too and so home from home. Thankyou all. Great food, great staff, great childcare. Great times X X

   The single bed was somewhere between 70-80cm. Every time I turned over I almost fell out. Worst nights sleep ever. The toilet was in the eave which meant extremely uncomfortable to use. The door to the bathroom was louder than our front door. The room was cold and small. If this was a quaint airbnb i would accept it fine, but not when it’s a 4 * hotel. Disappointing. Moreover, the hotel was over run with kids and breakfast table we couldn’t get Bcs it was so tightly squeezed to the table of 12 mostly children next to us. Dinner was nice though.

   Absolutely fantastic stay at the New Park Manor Hotel! Exceptional service from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. Every staff member we spoke to was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our cosy room was delightful- clean and super comfortable. Delicious food and drink. We also enjoyed the wonderful spa experience- facilities are fab and our treatments were excellent! Thank you Ellie and Lauren in the spa. And Thank you Monty. We will continue recommending this wonderful hotel to friends family and connections and look forward to returning again soon.

   Just spent a couple of days at New Park Manor for a company off-site. The venue is superb, based in a delightful location and with great facilities. The spa is outstanding with a great pool, steam room and outside hot tubs. The food was of a high standard and beautifully presented. The rooms were luxurious with all the amenities that you’d expect from a hotel of this standard and like the rest of the hotel scrupulously clean. Finally the best part of the hotel were the staff. They were very welcoming and polite. They really couldn’t do enough for you. Truly outstanding.

   My Mum and I booked in for a spa day, from the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We popped into the restaurant for some breakfast but didn’t want anything too heavy as we were due to have a late lunch in the spa. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and we felt very looked after. The spa itself was wonderful, the treatments were relaxing and the therapists took great care of us. The spa facilities were lovely, we had a sunny day so we were able to enjoy the hot tubs outside, with a glass of Prosecco. Lunch options were plenty and the food was delicious, again we were able to enjoy this outside due to the weather. All in all, we had a lovely day and will be returning! I can’t speak for the rooms, as we didn’t stay but the hotel itself was beautiful, the restaurant had lovely views over the fields and there is plenty of parking.

   We had a fantastic couple of nights at New Park Manor just before Xmas. The hotel was lovely and Christmassy and the staff had made a real effort with Xmas activities and trails for the kids. The play room kept our two little ones entertained and they enjoyed two sessions in the crèche while we relaxed in the spa. Our room was lovely, with plenty of space for the four of us and all the food was great. The only down side was the pool was out of action as there was an issue with heating during the cold weather. All the other spa facilities were great though. Thanks for a lovely stay.

   Visited the hotel today for an event. Found the hotel to be very friendly and pleased to see lots of activities for children to do. I was very impressed by the amount of books that were available for children to read on the tables in the restaurant and in the toilets by the changing mats to name a few. As a Teacher, Early Reading is important and the exposure to a variety of books for children in a hotel something I’ve not seen before. Well Done to the hotel and whoever had the idea to give children this experience whilst staying at the hotel.

   Lovely reception and spa staff, food was well presented and tasty and the treatments were truly wonderful…… However, young, screaming children in the pool area for the entirety of our visit and another guest changing her babies nappy on the lounger next to me did dampen our experience considerably . The outside jacuzzi was also not hot enough for the time of year which was a shame as it was the most peaceful area.

   Visited here for new forest walks and Sunday roast. Such a lovely place and sooooo dog friendly! They even have towels at the front door. Staff were excellent, very efficient and lovely. The roast beef did not disappoint. We will be back and hopefully for a sleep over!!

   We had a lovely weekend stay at New Park Manor - we were lucky enough to get a room upgrade which made our day. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel restaurant but breakfast was fresh and lots of options to choose from and room service was good. Amazing outdoor hot tub and nice indoor pool. Would definitely stay again.
