    My partner brought a pair of golf trousers in Camberley on Friday 2nd January. Didn't like the size of them so he decided to return the item to Farnborough store. When approaching the till point in Farnborough store the girl behind the counter informed that she was not authorised to do returns and then directed my partner to the member of staff with glasses, which there was a queue, so my partner had to re queue and waited his turn, to which he did. Once at the till point and explained to the member of staff he like to return a pair of trousers with receipt. To which she said he should of tired on in Camberley store yesterday it was like it was inconvenience for her to process the return. It seemed to my partner that he had inconvenient her day. Unfortunately they didn't have what he wanted so with the credit note he headed to Guildford store at ladymead. Found the item he was looking for to which he asked to try them on and member of staff told him changing rooms are near till point , once my partner had got there both were locked and two member of staff stood chatting and ignore my partner so he left without purchasing anything. WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR

    This review is about the online refund policy. Not the staff. The lady that helped was very helpful. I wanted to exchange 2 pairs of joggers bought online for the next size up. No money involved as they were the same price. I was told they had to be returned through the website which would cost £4.99 and would cost another £4.99 to have the sizes delivered. I bought the 2 pairs in store, so now have to wait for a refund. Having worked in retail for 40 years, I've never heard of a policy so ridiculous. Not customer friendly at all. Let's just say you have now lost a customer.

    Stood around for ages, no assistant. Walked round and found someone who said they'd call the appropriate department. No one turned up. Asked again, same thing. Wife asked another person, still no one. So no choice but left. Shame really liked the boots.

    Very rude staff on The counter . I just took out my credit card . The lady starts giving the comment that she is not robot and need to wait to make transaction happen . She was very disrupted at work .

    Store is ok however I parked adjacent to the store and happy to pay for parking but forgot as you pay on way out which is unusual enough to easily forget. You could say it’s my fault but I need to convey my frustration to store management so they can understand why probably wont shop there again. £42 charge is robbery in my opinion. I understand it’s a private parking company. It’s still extortionate.

    Brilliant service from everyone that works there! I have used Sports Direct in Farnborough for many years and only ever recieved friendly and helpful service for them and my 3 boys. The manager is equally helpful and no matter how busy they get the staff do their best to help.

    Worst Online shopping experience I have ever had. I didn't get the trainers i ordered. Be careful of their disclaimer "Colour and style may vary". Wrong shoe wrong colour. no refund. I paid £64.99 for a trainer i will never wear!!! very angry customer
