I ordered a mountain bike online from Cyclo Monster. The bike arrived with a noticeable dent in the downtube & a few more minor cosmetic scratches. I contacted customer services and I provided them with the photos and details they asked for. They said they would investigate with the courier (DPD). I chased up several times but it was either delay tactics or ghosting me. Not happy with the service I received, I wish I would have ordered from another company and would recommend to avoid Cyclo monster if you are ordering online.
I visited the shop today for a check-up on my bike and was really impressed with the service. Even though the shop was quite busy, Waichu took the time to thoroughly check everything and had it all fixed within half an hour. The work was quick but careful — the bike now rides like a dream, smooth and quiet. Great service and much appreciated!
We have recently bought 2 bikes from Cyclo Monster. The customer service has been excellent throughout from all the staff. They are friendly, helpful, patient and eager to ensure the bikes are perfect for individual requirements. No issue is too big or too small, they go out of their way to assist. Really lucky to have this independent bike shop locally. Their customer service is excellent and they were able to fix an indexing issue I had at short notice. Far better to go here than a franchised bike garage for the knowledge, expertise and friendliness. Thank you so much Cyclo Monster team!
Excellent service as always! Phil was extremely knowledgable and helpful with the purchase of ours sons bike and was able to explore and offer options in our price range. The bike itself was built on collection and the staff again were very helpful! I would highly recommend! Give them a try!
Went in to fix a small issue with my gears not changing correctly. They were quick to help but then soon realised that they thought they could scam me as I do not know everything about bikes but I do know when I’m being fleeced. They were gearing me up for a £150 service and parts. They were pushing me to book it in. They wanted to change my gears, chain, gear cables etc. In truth I left and went to another place sorted it for £10. Simple fix of a spring in the gear handle! They can’t be trusted. Plus all the bikes are expensive and they don’t offer any budget friendly bikes. Cheapest they have is around £500! Go if you’ve got cash to waste.
Just been in to pick up my new cube bike and what can i say excellent service from start to finish no pushing to get a sale or anything highly recommend this shop to any one looking for a new bike
Nipped in to look at a Focus eMTB. Friendly, honest service. Bike purchased and couldn't be more efficient to ensure everything will be done for collection. Vast range of accessories. Great first impressions having never visited before. Will definitely use Cyclo Monster again.
