I have been waiting a week for my order of a collar so far - I have emailed and tried calling a few times with no luck. Having researched the company and noting the previous review, I am dubious about this order ever being fulfilled! UPDATE - luckily I used Paypal and I have managed to claw my money back that way. Avoid using this site.
The coats are really good quality and do a great job keeping the dogs dry and warm in this cold, wet weather. The leather collars are made to a high quality and seem as though they will withstand a lot of wear and tear. Will definitely be recommending Paxleys products to friends and family.
Really happy with everything about the collar, lead and harness purchased. Beautifully made, excellent quality & distinctive products. Have had many compliments when out on our walks! Paxleys will be my go-to place when next kitting out our much loved terrier cross.
Ordered 2 luxury rope leads for my dogs, which arrived the next day on their standard delivery and was actually free of charge, as my order was over £30. I was very impressed with the quality of the leads, but unfortunately I had to return them, as one of the leads did not match the colour pictured on their site (which is the only reason for 4 stars, not 5), but as they are hand dyed I understand that this can happen, it's just that the colour received was not to my taste. However, the customer service I received throughout this whole process was second to none and my refund was processed quickly and efficiently, even refunding the cost of the return. Overall I would say Paxleys is a very good company, selling good quality products and I will definitely consider their products again in the future and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others.
My friend bought my dog a new collar from there for his birthday. Honestly the best place to get a collar from, especially if you're looking for something luxury! It arrives the next day too at no extra cost. Amazing!
