   Amazing cattery, my cat always comes back home clean and happy after a stay with Liz. Liz always trys and accommodate us the best of her abilities, when it's time for pickup and drop off. The cat rooms are way more spacious than any I have ever seen and I don't have to brace myself for the smell unlike the other cattery's in derby center we used to use. The price is way cheaper too, instead of paying a premium for a glorified cage. The farm looks lovely and it's nice to see the animals looking happy, the chickens don't run away from you which is always a good sign they are well looked after. The dogs looked happy too going for a walk with the caretaker. Yes it is a farm, animals poop. that might be a shock for people used to city life. But having worked as a farm hand I'd be happy to be there. Keep up the good work liz, we will always come back. Hans says thank you.

   I have taken three dogs over the years at Brookfield Farm kennels. They are absolutely brilliant, they get to know your dogs, and their needs really well. Yes sometimes it's smelly on occasions. But I know their first priority, is my dog and her needs. My dog goes for two walks a day. And is looked after well. She is happy, and we are very happy. Thankyou very much Liz and all the staff.    I booked my kitten here. I misplaced her vaccination card and emailed to ask if it was possible to give the vaccination card later or discuss a later drop off date till I got proof of vaccination from my vet. No one emailed back. I called and no one bothered to call back. I cannot comment on the facilities as we didn't use it in the end. But the customer service sucks. I had read the good reviews before booking but looking further in, the facilities reviews are actually not that great. I feel I had a lucky escape!

   Turned up for a viewing of these kennels as wanted somewhere amazing for my dogs, have never smelt anything so bad or seen so much dog Pooh and I went at 930 in the morn.......glad I cancelled my booking what I saw was not for the faint hearted

   I work for a rescue, we use these Kennels as they are the best we have come across. Liz is so helpfull and caring. All our dogs are well looked after and lots of time spent with them. Adopters that go to kennels to view our dogs all have good things to say about them. We have had very shy and timid dogs, shut down dogs sent to these kennels, within weeks they are adoptable thanks to Liz and her staff. Highly recommend Brookfield for caring for the animals, its not just a business to Liz its a passion.

   Honestly there isn’t enough space to write how bad our experience was at Brookfield catery. Our usual catery was fully booked. Upon collection of our baby I immediately cried at the state of her, she was visibly shaking and was sick as soon as we settled her in the car. She had something sticky all over her face making it hard for her to open her eyes and she’d been left in a harness for 5 days so had sores all around her neck, her food hadn’t been touched and the catery was so dirty the smell stuck to my clothes and hair. I got in the car and my husband couldn’t get over how dirty and smelly we both were. Mainly!!! My cat is a house cat and the staff member didn’t close the door properly so it swung open as we walked off. Please check this place out before booking, do NOT go off the pictures as it’s nothing like them, and speak with staff as they are so rude and just want your money. My Mercedes car is badly damaged because upon entering the catery there are DEEP potholes and no car park, I couldn’t reverse out of there because there were lots of big heavy farm vehicles, parked incorrectly, but staff are so unhelpful and told me they couldn’t move them for hours as nobody was there. I had to ask another customer for help, who told me her daughter was doing work experience there and that she couldn’t get over how bad this place was. I didn’t settle the whole time I was away and fetched our cat early and I’m so glad I did as she was dirty, malnourished and scared. So I paid for my cat to stay there, the vets bill for her to be checked over, and the car garage bill. Your pets are shoved in a box and ignored for the whole time there!! Disgusting place!!

   The only place in derby that hasn't moaned or complained about the size and Temperament of my dogs. Never had any issues and there always on board with providing the best possible services. My dogs come home looking very healthy and happy everytime. Would highly recommend!!
