   Nickel-and-dime you for everything. Told me they'd already written a prescription for my dog, but there would be a £24 charge if I wanted to have it. Extortion for a piece of paper so I can go and buy the medication online. Update: just found out the prescription only lasts for 6 weeks. Was explicitly told they wouldn't need to see our dog for 6 MONTHS. This is 'bait and switch' scam stuff, lead someone to believe they are getting one thing, take the money and then give them something else. Trading Standards might want to look into this.

   Writing this on behalf of my elderly grandma and our three dogs, who recently received un fair and some may even say, bulling behaviour from the the Clinical Director - Rebecca Woollard. There has been multiple problems over the last 6 months, including terrible consultations, advice and service, however this is the last straw. We had our lurcher to be booked in for his neutering and when we arrived at 8am we were turned away - as, unfortunately the vet on duty had broken her finger - clearly we were empathetic to their situation and wish them a speedy recovery. However, we had no phone call, no voice mail or text to update us on the situation. Right, from the beginning of booking our boy in, I feel my, 84 year old grandma has not been treated kindly and has been dismissed on many points throughout the consultation. Since trying to rebook they have remained unprofessional, rude and like I stated at the beginning even bullying over email. Clearly, they have gone down hill over the last 6 months to 1 year and we have taken our three dogs to the very friendly veterinary in Winchester, even the receptionist in Winchester has a hands down better and kinder attitude - really makes all the difference! As a family, we will never be using this clinic again and would in fact discourage anyone from using their services.

   So today my husband has driven from Hambledon to Bishops Waltham to collect dog prescription. Only to find there is a puppy class on and he can’t collect. Maybe other people can afford to waste fuel on this journey but we certainly can’t. The website stated the practice was open. This it so annoying!
