    Highly dissatisfied is an understatement I got to your establishment and you’re self checkout machines were not functioning so I had to go to the counter to the staff member who I’m not sure if she knew where she was working. I clearly ordered my burger with no cheese due to my allergies and received a burger with lo and behold cheese on it. I check my receipt she didn’t even put no cheese on the receipt, even know I couldn’t be any clearer. Thankfully I didn’t take a bite due to me knowing what cheese looks like something I think your employees don’t. I return the burger assuming it was a honest mistake and made it clear AGAIN no cheese and I return to my car with my NO cheese burger and open it to see a mountain of cheese on my burger which left me flabbergasted. I don’t know how much clearer I could have made no cheese known. The woman beside me in the queue who was still waiting for her food couldn’t believe to the point she burst out in laughter due to your staff incompetence and I don’t even know how you have the cheek to hire them. To top it off I had a code for a free whopper which I couldn’t due to your establishments now WiFi. In the end with my no cheese burger was mediocre at best and my chips were cold. Can tell you I will be returning for another pleasant experience 5 stars hope the employee gets a raise and a Christmas bonus 5 stars to your staff for being good at there job

    This particular Burger King always hits the spot! The burgers are juicy, fresh, and have that flame-grilled taste you can’t get anywhere else. Service is quick, staff is friendly, and the food comes out hot every time. Great spot when you’re craving a solid burger and fries. I love popping here from Hull

    Dissapointed the last time I visited. Monday afternoon very quiet, 2 other guests in there. Looked around and couldn't see anyone working. Ordered at the kiosk to pay cash. Waited around 15 mins and still no one came out. Then another lady came in, I assume friend or relative of the team as they sprang to life when she entered, chit chatting away. 20 minutes in and still no acknowledgement. After being looked up and down by one of the 2 team members then ask if I needed anything. Explained I'd ordered and was waiting to pay. Met with a very begrudged attitude, they took my payment and continued their conversation with this lady. Toilets filthy, dining area filthy I had the same level of service you'd get from a vending machine. Food was good, when is burger king not? Customer service non existent.

    The food here is lovely!! The staff are always so attentive, friendly and chatty towards us. They all seem to communicate and bond really well which was really pleasing to see. It’s rare to see such happy staff these days. I came with my Grandma last Sunday and the girl kindly brought it over to the table (with sauces and salt) and did the drinks behind the counter for us even though they don’t have table service. The place was very clean with a member of staff always keeping an eye on the cleanliness of the restaurant and wiping tables when needed. They also recommended that I download the app for good deals that pop up considering we go quite regularly, so I’ll be testing that out in future!!! Thank you Burger King team, keep up the good work.

    No surprises here it’s a Burger King, it’s exactly as you would expect from a fast food chain. Food is ordered from a self-service terminal as usual these days. It wasn’t that busy hence service was fast and efficient. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, also the car park was free of litter which can be a surprise for these types of places. The staff were friendly and welcoming, there is free WiFi on offer, soft drinks are self dispensed from a machine just to the right of the service counter. Outdoor seating available if you want a nice view of the petrol station…..restaurant itself is spacious. Based on my experience I would be happy to recommend a visit if you’re in a hurry for some food; which was decent quality for fast food.

    The dining area was so clean and tidy. Is by far the cleanest restaurant I have been to in a long time! The management was very professional and the staff was very polite. Everyone was well organised and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. The food was hot and fresh. I shall most definitely be back!

    The food was outstanding. Wonderful customer service from all the team. Very friendly and chatty. If you want something quick to eat this Is definitely the place to be! Managers are very well presented and can not do enough to help you. I can’t wait to return. Thankyou for such a lovely experience.

    First time going to burger king. New place that hasn't been open long. Touch screen was easy to use to order food. Tried to use the app but didn't get sent a password so gave up. Food was better than Mc Donald's. No sauce dispenser and you have to get your own drinks. My husband couldn't work the drink machine and had to get a member of staff to help. Costs a lot more than McDonald's but the burgers are bigger.

    Managers are very professional will go out of the way to ensure that the food is good one took several minutes to chat with me. Was very pleasant and I even got a free whopper on my next visit for completing a online questionaire. Look forward to my next visit. Great work and very clean!

    There was only one working touch screen. And it wasn't accepting and vouchers. Drinks machine had no coke, I was given a cup that had a foot print on it and after 3 time given a different cup all 3 had mud on them. My number was called so I went to the counter only to wait 20 minutes and watch customers who came in after me be served and leave with there food. I did ask about my food and the young lad looked very flustered and didn't know. Finally got my food and the bread bun had fallen apart. All the tables where dirty, and it there was only 8 people sat inside. For a new burger king this was appalling.
