Perfect for a wedding. Had my daughter in law and son's wedding at Tickton grange. Ideal location everything in one place. Friendly Staff could not do enough for you. They had enough rooms to put up extended family. Highly recommended
This was the first time me and my partner stayed here, we checked in straight away with no problems by a lovely lady who showed us to our room and told us where dinner would be that night. The room was excellent no faults at all with anything and the staff were brilliant and very helpful, we would definitely stay here again highly recommend.
Visited for Afternoon Tea. This was our second visit and we weren’t disappointed. The afternoon tea was very filling and we loved the flavours of both the savoury and sweet offerings. Eileen was our host and the service was exceptional. Paul, one of the owners, came in to introduce himself too. We chose to eat in the Library Bar which was very comfortable with lovely views into the grounds. We enjoyed watching the squirrels playing in the autumnal leaves. We would definitely recommend a visit here. We can’t wait to return.
A wonderful place to stay! Great staff, tasteful and comfortable rooms and incredible food. Enjoyed best breakfasts ever and superb dinners in a delightful environment. How nice to have a quiet drink in the bar before being taken through to your table for dinner. This is how life used to be!
A truly beautiful afternoon tea. Upgraded to champagne and so glad we did ~ it’s delicious. Seated in the Bloomsbury Room with gorgeous views, we were made welcome and were very well looked after by the lovely staff. The food was served on exquisite hand painted china with a matching tea set for the choice of tea. Everything was delicious and we had several fresh pots of tea offered to us ~ we did not feel rushed at any point. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning soon. Thank you all for making it so special.
Had afternoon tea with my mum twice now and LOVED it both times. Amazing food and lovely, helpful service. Can’t recommend Tickton Grange afternoon tea highly enough. If you’re able to eat outside, do, it’s lovely. The inside is very well done too, with David Hockney artwork throughout, and the Tickton bespoke China is gorgeous.
Had an amazing afternoon having afternoon tea. Was a birthday treat from a very special friend. Was greeted from a very nice gentleman when we sat down. The food was amazing, the location was amazing and the staff were amazing. Nothing too much trouble for them. Spent 3 hours there and not once did we feel we had been there two long. Will certainly be going again.
I have just been for afternoon tea . It was absolutely amazing . The place is very relaxing and staff are friendly and helpful. The afternoon tea was the best I have eaten. My granddaughter is vegetarian and the child's vegetarian tea was lovely, plenty of choice. She really enjoyed it. Our's was equally good lots of choice and each one perfect. Will definitely be going again
Visited Tickton Grange for a weekend with my grandparents and it was one of the most wonderful times in the most pleasant hotel and surroundings l have had the pleasure of visiting. The staff were absolutely brilliant and helpful with attention to detail in every way. Everyone and everything was perfection. Thank you Neal
Not very happy. We booked the garden room for my grandads funeral meal today and specified at the time of booking that we would need a vegan option at our buffet as I am lactose intolerant and vegan. The staff brought out the food and a male server showed me what I was able to have. I soon discovered the Arancini he had told me was vegan, definitely wasn’t! I was in the toilet for 2 hours being sick when I was meant to be celebrating the life of my deceased grandad. Not how I wanted today to go and I’m very disappointed. I had expected better from somewhere so highly regarded.
