   Had a brilliant evening here, and not for the first time. Firstly, we didn't have a booking but that was no issue, the lady whom I think was the owner, told us to let her know when we were ready. The same lady lifted our coats and belongings, she also reserved a seat by the fire, which was perfect. We did not have cash, but the bar was able to provide cashback, as we also wanted to use the pool table. The food, the staff, the cleanliness, was all first class, it is the small touches that make the big difference. The staff were all soo attentive, professional and welcoming. I will be back here on my next trip to Newcastle, thank you

   Phenomenal fish and chips. The fish was incredibly fresh and perfectly battered, the chips were perfectly cooked and the tartare sauce was great too. Had a creme brûlée for dessert- absolutely delicious. Great service, friendly staff and a lovely location by the harbour. Math dha-rìribh!

   Restaurant and bar: Great place to have lunch or dinner. Plenty of parking spaces at the back. The bar itself comprises several, more than 3, differently styled and served areas, some with panoramic view of the marina. Very tasty food, and the staff know the menu. A walk-in dinner for two on a Saturday evening is very do-able, despite the place being quite busy. Hotel: We did not stay in the hotel, cannot comment on the rooms.

   Took my mother here for a night away to blow the cobwebs off. Arrived with a friendly welcoming, was taking to the room which was fresh, clean, spacious and comfortable. Bed was very comfy! Went downstairs for a meal, was sooo good! Very delicious and great atmosphere! Again, very friendly staff and great service! Went to the bar for live music and drinks for the rest of the night, bar is so cute And had a lot of character. That Morning we went for breakfast downstairs and it was so yummy! Had a great latte too coffee was great and a mini breakfast which just hit the spot before a long walk to the city centre. All and all was a great night away, couldn't be happier, thanks so much and 100% will be back!

   Was shown to a table for two, given menus and specials. Was informed of a few items which they had ran out of. After a short while the waitress came back for our order and drinks. Food arrived after a short wait. Food was lovely with great tasting burger and homemade chips. Highly recommended.

   I had a meal with my partner in the restaurant on the evening of the 9/1/23 right by the open fire. The lady who served us was impeccable. We have been to this place sporadically over the years and always been a fantastic experience. Food wise. Portions - huge Quality - Amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough! Such an authentic feel to it.

   We had dinner here on Sunday and the food was beautiful. Our server was really accommodating and moved tables for us so we could see the TV and all eat together with 3 babies. The choice on the menu was good and portions were great we were really happy with everything! Thank you

   Spent a fantastic 2 nights in The Harbour House last weekend. The accommodation is amazing value for money and the staff go over and beyond. There is a fantastic atmosphere in the bar and the food is delicious, super pints of Guinness too! Can't wait to go back!
