We had a brilliant dog friendly break, very relaxing with a perfectly located caravan overlooking the sea and beach. Picture perfect, great value for money. Great location for walks onsite and surrounding areas. Just over an hour away is Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby for some great days out too.

We visited for a long weekend, booking in was easy. When we got to our caravan we were surprised at the size of it. The name of our caravan was very significant to us too. The main bedroom was large, it had a en-suite & a walk in wardrobe, the bed was king size & really comfy. There another bathroom with shower, basin & toilet. The 2nd bedroom had 2 single beds in a wardrobe and still room to move about too. The kitchen was fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine a table & chairs & the lounge area had. 3 seater sofa and arm chair, large TV and a set of coffee tables. The veranda was clean, it had a 4 seater rattan set as well as a 2 seater bench, 2 chairs & coffee table. There was only 1 downside to the caravan & that was. the hallway it was too narrow to fit my wheelchair through, other than that the caravan & our stay was really good.

Visited in September place was very quite and but around to do without driving. Very quiet bar area with place to sit with the dog. Could do with a bit of music in this area or sound in the tv. I found the staff to be very friendly and happy. Mainly middle aged to retired people I saw so going the place very relaxed. Stayed in the 2 berth static I found it pretty clean and quiet at night. Enjoyed walking the dog on the beach in the morning that was virtually empty early morning. I would not stay again but would recommend to other that enjoy a relaxing holiday

The caravan, while compact, was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Although the activity offerings were limited, the staff involved were exceptionally engaging with the children. The beach's proximity, a mere few minutes' walk, was a significant advantage, and it presented a beautiful environment. The soft play area, though modest in size, was well-received by my son. The arcade, however, was limited in scope, and the prize selection on the 2p machines could be improved; the inclusion of items such as sweets or bouncy balls would enhance their appeal. The swimming pool provided a comfortable experience with its warm temperature and appropriate size, including a children's pool. Overall, the available amenities might not fully cater to a family's needs for stays exceeding four nights; our four-night stay was manageable.

We stayed here for a week but left a day early because we had to return back to normal life. Great location on the beach we were along the front and only had one person to the side and behind us for 5 days so nice and quite until they changed hands and others moved in bit noisier then nothing to bad though. The club house is ok entertainment was good and we visited a couple of times and had drinks. The prices were not cheap and I didnt like that. The camp site around was in general not bad condition but could do with some improvements here and there. The club house really could do with a very deep clean why we never ate there. We met some of the bar staff one eve and myself and my wife had a great chat with them for an hour while we had a drink and they were making suggestions of where to visit. The caravan on the other hand wasnt great the extractor fan did not work I took it apart cleaned the thing from dust and mould and put back together but fan blade was warped so wouldn't spin. The whole caravan needed a deep clean cob webs and dust throughout. The shower leaked water into the bathroom from the cubicle. Sink leaked and stunk of stagnant water as has been leaking for some time. The carpet in the living room was disgusting very dirty and needed replacing or a decent carpet cleaner put over it same as the sofa stained like the footstalls and dog hair over it. The caravan smelt like wet dog and stale. The caravan was also stated as 6 person but with only a very cheap small double bed that me and my wife could barely fit in side by side we are not as I would say large people we are an athletic build. The beds were so uncomfortable we woke up every day with back ache and even went home with back ache. The other small room housed two small singles that were of the same quality and both my elder kids complained they could not sleep well and had back ache. We were a party of five so don't know how two other persons were meant to sleep. My youngest 8 year old had a blow up bed which went in the living area with everything moved out the way and everyday moved into the double bed room until needed again. We would not consider staying here again for the above reasons. We traveled 6 and a half hours each way to come visit here. We have used Park Dean on countless occasions but don't think we will for our next holiday away. This caravan cost us 468 pound for the week.

Went for a little break away before the year comes to an end. Lovely site, very quiet and peaceful, clean accommodation and well equipped. Friendly, bubbly, welcoming staff. Tasty food in onsite restaurant. Plenty for kids to do, activities all day every day, soft play area and amusements. Beautiful surrounding areas and beaches. Would recommend.

Fantastic little getaway, only 15 min drive into Bridlington, so handy location. Gorgeous views and lovely walks around the area. Our caravan was the smallest we have had over the years but it still had everything we needed and didn't feel too small once inside. We went in October so nice and quiet, not much on for kids but the staff were fantastic and did still do activities which was nice and enjoyed by the little ones. Music bingo was enjoyed by all. Soft play for 8yrs and below was small but clean. Overall a lovely little place to stay and would go again

Had a caravan on the site for over six years now. Fantastic caravan park if you're after somewhere quiet and dog friendly. Miles of mostly sandy beach to walk, you can walk all the way into Bridlington if you time the tide correctly. Even in the height of summer it's never busy Site open year but limited facilities from Nov to March. Outdoor pool opens in May Don't expect 24 partying or fast food giants on site. Its a quiet site with a bar, small shop and amusements. Be warned no mobile phone signal anywhere in Barmston. Which can be a blessing.
