“I had been looking at a product for about 3 weeks and my local store, Inverness, didn't have it in stock, but Inverurie ( near Aberdeen and about 90 miles away) did and a few stores in England had it as well. As I was travelling to Inverurie on another matter I tried to relocate my product on the halfords website but could not find it. Anywhere. Decided to go into the Inverurie store on 13 oct 2025 and ask, and once inside a female assistant at the desk listened to my sob story and located my product in under 30 seconds. I was really impressed and would like to say thank you so much to the lady with glasses for her expertise. Nice one Halfords another satisfied customer.”

“Went in on chance with to me, a disastrous haircut and found a stylist who listened to me and cut my hair as I wished, not as in the past, what the stylist thought I should have. Came home to be greeted by a neighbour who commented on my new haircut and said it suited me. Never had that before, so was delighted. What really clinched it for me was that she shaved my hairy neck which I haven't had done properly for years. A first class service all round. Helpful, courteous and professional, what a find. !”

“Very helpful staff. Assistant named Christopher on his badge, went the extra mile for me as I was short on time and got my pet tag engraved before his other orders. Chatted away pleasantly and made sure I had a seat to wait on. I would definitely return.
