Also I got a courtesy car which helped! Pauline and Craig were great to deal with. Responding to e-mails promptly and keeping me informed as to what was happening with my car. My Toyota went in for a full service and came out driving smoother, braking better and running about 5mpg+ improved. Craig explained fully what was on my invoice and why he'd done it so he could help me better understand what had been done. I genuinely feel that other places that i've had my car service with have cheated me and this is the first time my car has actually been LOOKED at!
