All of the staff have been really nice throughout my dealings with them and very effective at their jobs. I’m used to English healthcare where you’re waiting hours to see anyone only to not be taken seriously so this practice was a breathe of fresh air. Outstanding work!”

“Every member of the reception staff & various doctors or physio therapist I've seen over an 11 month period have treated me with kindess & respect - and although it can be a wait to be seen sometimes, the knowledge and kind help of the reception staff is something I rarely see these days and I value that above the odd delay for an appointment with doctors/nurses who are VERY considerate. It's a shame the reviews are so low for this practice it really is, I've been treated poorly by medical staff in the past but not this time and it means a lot.”
