Kayleigh takes such great care of them both and I’ve even recommended purfect paws to my mum and sister who now take their cats there too.”

“I feel like my cat should really be doing the review, but he can't be bothered. Been here a few times, staff are usually very friendly. They ask the right questions instilling confidence in their ability to care for your cat, give you the right amount of info about the stay at drop off/pickup. Really no complaints. My cat was in for 5 or so days recently, picked him up and ne'er a single meow on the way home. Mind you my cat stayed here, not me, and he refuses to give me a firstpaw account of his experiences here. So I can only surmise, but it seems to me to be perfectly good, fair pricing.”

“Honestly , this vets practice has been beyond exceptional . They have been the best possible care givers to our dog during a surgery , and their aftercare has been beyond compare . Vet practices are so over worked , and their jobs are so challenging and emotionally hard . And yet every step of the way during this they have been caring , involved , and frankly patient with a overly obsessed dog mum who worried constantly about his recovery. I could not recommend or thank them enough for their care for Dusty . Their honesty , including their vet Kevin honesty about his capabilities and recommending a specialist at a time when they are being pushed cost wise was a testimony to their desire to do the best for the animals in their care. We are lucky to have them as our vets, and I could not be more grateful for the considerations they have given us as we worried about about our baby . It is worth noting that was a challenging recovery but a standard surgery, and yet as we were so worried about our boy they never made us feel ridiculous, despite the fact they are dealing with life altering animal emergencies every day.if you need a good vet in the Aberdeen area you could not do better”

“Highly recommend Dune View. Pens are roomy and absolutely spotless. The care that was show to my cat can’t be faulted. The owner has many animals of her own- all safely segregated I might add- and I felt very comfortable leaving my wee one whilst we were away. Have booked again as I wanted a cattery with inside heating- that’s how impressed I was.”

Staff were wonderfully helpful arranging my new kittens first appointment, upon arrival the receptionist I'd talked to on the phone came out to meet my kitten and comfort him in a new environment. The area was clean, tidy, and welcoming with a nice selection of items in the store corner. The appointment itself was prompt and the Vet was lovely, kind, and knowledgeable. Vaccination was done with gentle kindness and my kitten was barely aware it was happening. 100% happy to come back again next time and the pet club appears to be a very good investment so far.”

“Absolutely great staff and vets. I’ve used them for 22+years and never have had an issue.I have total trust in them With my fur babies. They were also so comforting and respectful when 1 of my babies had to be out to sleep and the vets were closing for the new year holidays we had time with no rush to say our goodbyes. “Have been with this practice for 10 years, the care my beagles have received is second to none. The nurses, reception staff are all amazing, will always try their best to accommodate an appointment and always make pets and owners welcome. Same day call backs from the vet when calling for advice. Emma our vet is amazing both my dogs love going to see her- she truly cares for all of the animals in her care. Honestly there should be an Emma in every vet practice!”

“Excellent service and would highly recommend. On holiday in the area we had to get stitch and staple removed from our collie, who had had a minor surgery before we left on our trip. Staff were welcoming and very friendly. Fitted us in quickly and we didn't have to wait. Great service and around 1/3 of the cost quoted by the other vets in the area.”

“Tried Erinvale for a month this Summer based on a recommendation from a friend. When we picked up our cat he looked so well and happy. It was obvious he had received lots of care and attention. When we returned home our neighbours commented on how well groomed he was and how bright he was looking. It’s a very impressive set up with cats truely at the heart of everything they do! Very well managed by the owner. Booked him in for a week in October.”

“1st time we’ve used a cattery for our 4 year old boy. Louise was so friendly and obviously loves cats. Harry was in for 2 weeks and we were quite nervous about leaving him but Louise assured us he would settle. We were sent photos & videos and our messages were always answered promptly. Would definitely use The Furs Hotel again. 5 star service.”
