“Having been let down last minute by my usual salon I rang JK in a panic before going on holiday. Jackie at reception was extremely helpful and managed to find me and my mother in law a double appointment the very next day. My MIL has health issues and resulting problems with mobility, but access to the salon, and their facilities, is great. Vikki did a lovely job on my holiday nails and the chat was super friendly. I’m delighted!”
