“Today I visited the Holywood Exchange branch. I was approached by Dylan Rhodes after I’m sure he saw me struggling choosing a rug! There are so many to choose from! He was really helpful and answered the many questions I had, which to be fair was a lot. He remained patient with me, which I’m told many times, is no mean feat! His ability to help me decide, answering my questions and the general relaxed atmosphere I experienced throughout the whole store saved me a lot of ‘shopping around’.
