The reason I felt it necessary to write this review was based purely on the staff assistant who served us at the til. She would brighten anyone’s day. So happy, positive, friendly & professional. She chatted as she worked & the banter was great. Don’t think I’ve ever met such a lovely member of staff, anywhere. I really hope this lovely girl gets a pat on the back from management. “I took my 2 Chihuahuas to the Lisburn store to get them a harness which would fit as I have never been able to find the perfect harness for them. Toni was fantastic and she helped me find high quality harnesses which were the perfect size, whilst helping me fit them, she made my pups a puppychino, they also got a treat too, and of course lots of cuddles! The store offers lots of items, toys, treats, various accessories etc, and my pups loved the experience, they even came home with a new toy each and got to meet another wee dog too. Highly recommend them and we will definitely be back”

“Over the years I have owned 5 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Am very fussy as to how they are groomed. Just picked up no 5 this morning looking and smelling beautiful. Absolutely perfect. Girls have a lovely way of dealing with the dogs and more importantly for me, they know how to groom Cavaliers!! Have used in the past and certainly I intend to use again in the future.”
