I had left a note on my booking and confirmed with my waxer and she said she has read the notes and was fully aware of my request and not to worry. Hardeep was my waxer, she was super friendly, and didn’t make things awkward. She took her time and ensured everything was hair free! Had a Luxury Pedicure which was very well deserved, soaked my feet In the hot bubble tub, in salted water, exfoliating, cleaned up and painted gel polish, Aria was so Pleasant and did my feet so Beautifully. I then had a gel Pedicure from the Owner, who was so friendly, kind and made me feel so welcome. There is always a relaxed & friendly atmosphere & Carmelle has a professional approach to all treatments. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions, as well as telling me all of the things I needed to be aware of. She was very truthful in terms of results and in explaining the tiny possibility of side effects; she didn’t try to make it all seem like a walk in the park, which I really appreciated. Jessica was so easy to talk to and as a result, the time flew by - I was there for a few hours and she made it seem like minutes! Once my session was over, Jessica booked me in for my next session right away as she said consistency was key - I can tell she really cares about her clients and wants them to get the most out of the services they pay for. I went for the full body package, which included the face and neck - I’ve had my first session, which was great and I look forward to my laser journey with Jessica. “A massive that you to Dr Panesar and the rest of the Birmingham Orthodontics team!! When picking where to go to the orthodontics I did lots of research and decided to pick here which I would recommend. Dr Panesar spent lots of time making sure my teeth were moving correctly, explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable. Being able to have appointments on a Saturday also made the process of having Invisalign a lot easier as I wasn’t having to fit my appointments around work. The price was all explained up front when I went for a consultation and there were no hidden costs.”
