They kept in contact with me whilst my car was in the garage, and the team were very friendly. They had even gone to the effort to clean my car and the interior which was a very nice touch. The faults were not explained in detail eventhough I asked several times. I sought a second opinion at Lee's Auto's. I felt very welcome and my questions were answered easily, with such warmth too. To cut a long story short, my car was fixed there and then ( I hadn't booked an appointment) and it cost me waaaay less than the original £500+ quoted! I would have happily paid more just for the great customer service alone. Thank you Jamie and all other staff at Lee's Auto's.
