“Have to give a big thank you to Andre and the team. I took in my Audi Q7 2007 plate to them with suspension issues and a big oil leak from the engine. They sorted out everything in a timely and professional manner and the costs were a lot less than I’d been quoted by other mechanics. “Finally I found a garage that I can trust and it's local. After a last minute cancellation by a franchise garage, friend of mine recommended Kwik Fit Bearwood. I never used Kwik Fit and I was ripped off by the previous garage last year (they failed my MOT for windscreen wipers and then charged me £70 for fitting a new one), I was very anxious about this MOT. The first impression of the branch was clean and staff were professional and friendly. The branch's manager Steve Turner was amazing! When I went back to collect my car, Steve greeted me in the office and talked me through my MOT report and explained clearly what works will be required in the future and when they will be due. First time ever I felt so happy after MOT. If there is a silver lining to the cancellation by the other garage, it's that I finally found a local garage that I can trust.
