“I think these are probably the best burgers I've ever had. Big man's food comes in a close second, but since discovering this place by chance a few months ago I've ordered from here 4 times, 4 different burgers, all equally amazing. All fresh, all the ingredients compliment each other perfectly, the sauces are great, the fries are skin on. The prices are more than you'd pay at McDonald's or burger King, but you get what you pay for!”

“Over christmas 2025 my boiler stopped working. Gastek came out, diagnosed the issue. It was time for the boiler to go into permanent retirement, they just couldn't go on any longer. Wasn't really ready for that scenario, but had to respect their wishes and that it was time to say goodbye old friend you served us well. A replacement was sourced through gastek (bearing in mind this is the christmas shut down period) and within 2 days we had a new boiler installed by the gastek engineers. Just in time for the minus temperatures that hit us new years eve 2025. Gastek do take care of you. No matter what time of year it happens to be.”

“Had a smash meal with Mac and cheese fries. Food was delicious, fresh and cooked perfectly! The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with too. The only shame for me was the small gang of moody dudes chilling on the car park taking up two spaces per car and giving my wife and I weird, prolonged looks while we waited in the car for the food to be done. This is by no means the fault of the restaurant though so no stars lost today. I only stopped by because the smell caught us as we drove past, but I'll definitely consider putting in some future just-eat orders and trying more of their menu in the future!”

“Brilliant. Naheed is excellent—very professional and experienced. I’m so glad I stumbled across this clinic (I asked for directions and got help from the incredibly friendly staff. We got chatting, and I came back for a consultation!). She offers treatments you won’t find elsewhere, all new and looking naturally discreet. I always look forward to my treatments here. The staff are friendly and down-to-earth, and they always make you feel welcome. Plus, it’s on St Mary Road, which is really local for me, with plenty of parking.”

“Beyond Halo? This beauty salon is beyond anything I have ever experienced in my life! The girls in here are absolutely wonderful. As soon as I walked through the door they were so nice! They are lovely, down to earth people, & my nails? They are the best gel I’ve ever had. Don’t get ripped off anywhere else ladies, & if you want to feel at home while you are being pampered, I’m telling you this is the place. I’m not going anywhere else. Ever.”

“A decent sized field with plenty of space for the dogs to run around. Good parking and there's a farm shop on site where you can pick up fresh milk and other local products. The field gets quite muddy when wet so I recommend wearing wellies. A great place if, like me, you've got a reactive dog who can't normally run off the lead. Hourly time slots are bookable and it's particularly good value if you're bringing 2 or 3 dogs.”

“Great service and great food here. Often pop in for a sandwich. I arranged for a mother's day afternoon tea for my folks and they both really enjoyed it! My partner surprised me with my own for my birthday. Can't rave about it enough! Fresh, tasty, delicious. Only thing I would suggest is to advertise the business on the afternoon tea box?. The food is truly impeccable even the most niche order they will do everything they can to make it as amazing as possible. From the BSE to a full Large breakfast. It's cliche to say, however the staff make it with love. Would recommend to anyone local or just visiting to check it out”

“Best Indian in Blackheath. We turned up here unannounced after leaving the Dilsjad due to poor customer service. However 6 adults and 2 babies was not a problem to the staffvhere and they were able to accommodate us straight away. Staff are friendly and can have a laugh with them. Food is really good and you can tell top quality meat is used in their dishes. A little more expensive than the other restaurants in the area, but is definitely worth it.”

“First time I've been to this chippy. I popped into here on a Saturday afternoon after my wife and I had been up the Clent and we just googled "nearest chip shop". When I entered the shop there was nothing in the the range, but the young lady behind the counter informed me that everything was cooked from fresh in the day. I had a mini haddock and chips special and my wife had the sausage and chips special. Both were well cooked and delicious. Will definitely be coming here again when we're out this way.”
