“I’ve seen Rachel Young on two occasions regarding my breathing problems. She comprehensively explained tests that I needed to do before my next appointment to aid getting a definite diagnosis. I felt reassured that I would be getting the very best management available. At my second appointment, a diagnosis was made. She went on to explain the medication I needed to keep me as well as possible and how to use it. She also sent me a link to print off the instructions as a reminder. “I am new to UK and the NHS system but after some searching, I found this GP which is near to our house. I read some comments about the reception here which gave them poor review. But actually I find that the receptionists are nice and helpful, I can fix my NHS registration quickly. Also I need to do my third hepatitis vaccination here and the GP is very helpful to make the arrangement for me. I am grateful for them. Cheers!”
