“Breakdown call out and the guy that turned up was absolutely amazing. Not only did he go above and beyond to not only support me but also took care of my little boy who has autism. I had to be took to a garage and when he saw just how upset I was by triggering past events he offered to leave the van with me , take the car and get a taxi back so I didn’t have to drive the car. With his patience and prep talk I did manage to drive crawl to a garage with him following me in the van. He sorted everything for me at garage and took me and my little boy home in the RAC van which made my boys day. Sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most and I would never have managed to do it if it wasn’t for him.”

“All of my experiences with clerical staff up to the Providers have been kind and compassionate. I have had some complicated issues that has required a lot of untangling to get my name correct, my records, everything that could go wrong, has. The clerical staff had been nothing but knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. This is the second GP I've had here in UK and by far the best. The Providers take their time and I never feel rushed and always feel heard. I wish they had more appointment availability as it is always hard to get an appointment.”
