“Not my first visit and certainly won’t be my last, but by far some of the best chip shop food you can buy. Exceptional value. I had a large mixed meat and chips. All fresh, hot, and a generous portion. I sometimes order from other chip shops depending where I am, and the food here is a completely different league. Highly recommended! (Very friendly staff too)”

“Visited with my sister last night and I had the crispy buttermilk chicken burger with fries. My sister had the signature burger with fries as well. Both burgers tasted so good and were big! Read previous reviews and must say people weren’t lying about portions being big. Would be stopping by again on Sunday to try their Sunday roast. I was served by Daphne and Laura who were very lovely and attentive.”

“Known Ste and Dash for over 20yrs, since theyve recently taken over Catch of The Day, the food here has gotten so much better, i've eaten from many of the establishments that Ste and Dash have managed and their standard of food preparation and customer service and care have followed them throughout. We have a chip shop right across the road from our house but will 100% always make the short drive to go and order from here. Keep up the good work lads and lassie's”

“Restaurant is now called Amed. Went with family, food exceded expectations. Nice, clean restaurant with separate family side. Lovely staff. We tried many dishes: lamb quzi, dolma, sea bass, shawarma, chicken tikka, chicken shish, chicken wings, beans, okra rice and lots of salad. Favourite dish was the dolma. Beans are delicious too. Very generous portion sizes and fantastic value. Chicken wings and sea bass were a bit too lemony for our taste. 5/5.”

“I went into Maliks with a friend to check out the new breakfast menu, and I was very happy that I did. Shakshukka with home made paratha, and my friend had the curried chickpeas and potato which came with a lovely spicy pickle accompanyment, and a delightful sweet halva too. Both dishes were freshly made and were definitely worth the visit. Friendly staff, superb food. The staff are extremely helpful, and are pleased to help. Portion sizes are very good. The breakfast menu is worth the visit, so if you enjoy indian food and want to try something different, give Maliks a visit, however they also do an English breakfast too [please see picture attached for the menu]. Breakfast is served 8am - 11.30pm so this gives you plenty of time. Free car park just over the road makes visiting easy, cant praise this visit highly enough. Definitely on my regular breakfast place to eat. Not expensive either which is even better.”

“Visited here on a Sunday evening with some family, we were all very happy with our experience. We all ordered different curry dishes and all commented on how tasty our food was. From the moment we walked in the customer service was warm, attentive and welcoming. The toilets were immaculately clean! Good variety on the menu, you can bring your own alcoholic drinks (there is also a glass bottle of water which was refreshed when needed). Overall, very happy with our meal's and dining experience. I would recommend to all.”

“I ordered food and didn’t get it til 1 hour and half later. However, the person who was taking calls tonight was polite and explained that they are busy. I did not mind waiting. The food was nice, the batter on the fish was crispy and wasn’t at all greasy. I would like a small option for fish though... great price for amount of food.”

“Haven't been for a while. Visited last night and it better than before a good food selection. All the food was nice. Butter chicken masala, sweet and sour chicken and beef in cantonese sauce were favourites. Also the freshly cooked wok noodles were amazing cooked to the spice that you request and the chef was very polite and informative. We would definitely go again. Fantastic price aswell”
