“Kirsty diagnosed my back problem immediately and after the session the pain was greatly relieved . The exercises she gave me to do at home were very beneficial”
“I went to see Mr Ka Ho Leung in April of this year with tightness and pain in my neck and trap. He found out pretty quickly what the issue was and other than just give me stretches and exercises to help with mobility and strength, he also fixed my posture, my ergonomic set up when working at the computer, how to sleep correctly and even help with my knee pain to get me back running again. Overall an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a physio. His assistance has greatly improved my life and I am very grateful for his expertise and care”

“This review is for the sports hall, which I and my friends attend for badminton on Wednesday evenings. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. Chairs and benches are available at request if they are not already out. It has changing facilities as well as a water fountain. Snacks are available from vending machines. There is a viewing gallery with chairs and tables also. The actual gym is not something I have used but can be seen from the car park as you walk to the entrance and a number of machines for use can be seen.”
“Gemma is an empathetic physio and a good listener. She went through all my symptoms in detail and was able to diagnose and explain my pain. She gave me tailored exercises to do, then added to and changed them as appropriate during the course of treatment. I highly recommend her.”
