I was told all the info I needed and the lash tech even matched my lashes to my old set i had from back home, these lasted me 3 weeks (and still hanging on on the fourth week) through my next three weeks of travelling even going through saunas and partying. I only had to wait about 5 minutes to be seen and all the staff are very professional and helpful. The girl who did my nail art did it exactly like the picture.
