Ordered a number of fence panels and left a special instruction asking if I could get them by the weekend. I got the automated reply to say thanks for the order it will be 7-10 days. Long story short I got a second email to say I would get them the next day which was less than 24 hours which tells me someone read my request. I recently ordered everything I needed to remove and replace my garden fence – panels, concrete posts, tools and other materials – and it was all available in one place. Everything is made on site and the quality is the best I’ve seen. I’m really pleased with how it turned out. I dealt with Steve from the team who was absolutely fantastic – helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I can’t recommend this garden centre enough.”
