“I have visited CPM to watch various shows and performances put on by the service users over the last couple of years. All the staff seem to be very friendly and helpful. They have lovely large rooms with plenty of open space. I follow the CPM Facebook page and can see that they always have stuff going on at the centre which is clearly enjoyed by all. Two of my favourite events held by CPM are the CPM Big Push Sponsored Walk and the Weoley Big Night Out. I will continue to support CPM in any way that I can for years to come. Would definitely recommend this place.”

“Wow, dont know where to start. Absolutely brilliant experience here. My daughter needed surgery on her eyes, after a failed surgery at a different hospital and being referred here, the service was next to none and really put into perspective the talent the surgeons and staff really have at BCH. After a worrying morning of going into the unknown. Dr Parulekar and Dr McDermott showed compassion from the minute they came to see us for the preop chat all the way through to discharge - everything was explained clearly and all answered were asked with no hesitation. The staff in the anaesthesia room were all brilliant calmed myself and my toddlers nerves. All nurses caring for her were brilliant. Especially Maria who went above and beyond - nothing was too much!! Im so so grateful and hoping for a speedy recovery☺️”

“Took my son to the Lion Zen today for his first haircut. I was really nervous about it because I wanted to ensure my sons baby curls would be left intact (they're the cutest!). To my pleasure, his hair was cut beautifully and they really made sure I was happy, and most importantly, that my son was happy the entire time. We paid for the 1st haircut package and received a Polaroid snap of his completed look, a certificate, a lock of his hair in a sealed small glass container, and yummy sweets. Pleasant staff and the atmosphere is amazing for children, I've never seen anything like it. Highly recommend this business to all parents.”

“I have been visiting the dwellness room for the last 5 months and I can honestly say it has made such a difference to my life. I feel calmer, less burdened, more confident & more in tune with my thoughts & thought processes. I began with a session roughly once a week & that gradually extended to once a fortnight. Now I visit once a month for "maintenance" & really look forward to my treatments. Initially I was quite nervous as I'd never had reiki before but Helen instantly put me at ease and spent time explaining how reiki works & what she would be doing during the session. I was actually blown away by my first experience! Before each session Helen takes the time to talk about how I am & how I have felt since the last treatment & after each session we discuss the experience. Helen is a very knowledgeable practitioner and has a relaxing and calm manner. The dwellness room is beautiful & peaceful & the treatment bed so comfortable!
