“I am extremely grateful to Peacock Heating. Des fitted a combi boiler in my dad's house. My dad had recently come out of hospital to find his old central heating system completely broken. Des came out quickly and spent time explaining things to my dad. His quote was extremely competitive and he kindly agreed to fit the boiler as soon as possible ( within 10 days). He arrived lon time and completed the work in 1 day ( other companies had not only quoted higher prices but had said the work would take 3-5 days). Des spent time explaining how to use the new system to my dad. He left the house in a clean and tidy state. My father was very pleased with the finished product and finds it easy to use. I have been incredibly impressed with Peacock Heating from start to finish. Des is a total professional and clearly knows what he's doing! I loved that he sent a message and a link to track him on the day of the fitting so we would know exactly when he would arrive.This message came with his picture so that my father would be able to safely let him into the property. These little touches show how thoughtful and understanding Des is. I would (and will be) recommend him to anyone. He is excellent!!”

“I had an issue with my old boiler and Martyn came round to have a look. He did something to it and told me it be fine for a while longer. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need at the time and because of this I had trust in him. About a year later my boiler finally broke so I contacted Martyn again. They gave me a quote for a new boiler and arranged for when it could be installed. Stefan arrived on-time on the Saturday morning and promptly got to work. He was a nice bloke and very tidy! I've had the boiler for about 6 weeks now and it all seems fine. I would recommend this company because I am pleased with the work and communication before and after installation was great. When my down stairs neighbour mentioned that she thought water was leaking from my bathroom into hers he was the first person I called as there was nothing obvious. “Brilliant! Isaac came to find a leaking mess of pumps, valves and pipework in a cupboard controlling underfloor heating system. Impossible to get to the leaks without ripping it all out. Replaced with neat new manifold and electrical control box and smart thermostats. Workmanship is excellent ( shame it is hidden in a cupboard!) Found a couple of other issues around the boiler and fixed those FOC. Thoroughly recommend him.”

He checked pressures, spark plugs cleaned the heat exchanger something never been done by British Gas. I’ve requested same engineer to do boiler service next year.
