“Over christmas 2025 my boiler stopped working. Gastek came out, diagnosed the issue. It was time for the boiler to go into permanent retirement, they just couldn't go on any longer. Wasn't really ready for that scenario, but had to respect their wishes and that it was time to say goodbye old friend you served us well. A replacement was sourced through gastek (bearing in mind this is the christmas shut down period) and within 2 days we had a new boiler installed by the gastek engineers. Just in time for the minus temperatures that hit us new years eve 2025. Gastek do take care of you. No matter what time of year it happens to be.”

I had nearly given up the will to live this was my 4th shop & everyone was looking at me this lass gone out when I asked for thread lock but not Wesley , he located Screw fix’s equivalent for me to buy & when a guy fell in the shop he was first to help ! Oh I did say I would mention the other “two thorns that looked pretty and supported this flower Wesley “ well done screwfix these three did you proud !”

“We came into B&Q to have a look at the take away kitchen range and after a what felt like an eternity of looking at the different ranges, sizes, finishes etc we realised that we needed a bit of help. Morgan was already on the isle and approached us which was great timing. Nothing was a bother for him. He was very knowledgeable on the products and helped us get the correct unit sizes, unit doors, he helped us get the worktops and additional finishing touches. He even helped load our trolley, grab another trolley and load it, helped us take the trolleys to the till as they were both very heavy, and take our trolleys to the car, even helping us unload the items into the car. Morgan gave me and my husband an amazing service and left us extremely confident with our purchase. I had to make sure that this review was given because you don't get a top service like this anymore and Morgan most definitely deserves the recognition here! Thank you for all of your help!”

“We used this company this week when on the hunt for new door handles.Took away a brochure, picked out 2 we liked and although they never had them in stock they arranged for samples to come to the shop the next day. After a call to say they had arrived we went down and made our choice. When asked how quick they could get them they said the next day. True to their word we had a call the next morning to say they were there. Excellent service, friendly and helpful even on our small order. Thankyou.”

“Large shop, very clean and tidy. Some to several staff and all were knowledgeable and happy to help and chat about what we needed. Picked up a click and collect order with no trouble. Bought some great little bargains, note pads, envelopes, bubble machine, fence paint and brushes... I think they were due a restock as a few aisles had some empty shelves but all in all I would definitely shop here again.”
