She was open and transparent about my treatment needs, explaining everything clearly and making the whole experience feel more like a conversation than a consultation. Her approachable manner and confidence in what she does really instilled a sense of trust. Following that, I had the most thorough and comprehensive hygiene appointment I’ve ever experienced, with Olivia the hygienist. She was incredibly detailed in both her examination and treatment, taking the time to explain every step and the reasoning behind her methods. She also gave me clear, practical advice on how to maintain good hygiene between visits—something no other hygienist has done to this level before. The reception team also deserves praise. Warm, compassionate, and always smiling, they made me feel welcomed and understood, especially given the personal circumstances that led me to seek a new dental practice. For someone who put off regular dental checks for many years, LDC became a haven of calm and warmth for dental treatment which could convert the most phobic amongst us to actually enjoying a trip to the dentist/hygienist. I now have quarterly hygienist appointments with the amazing Helen and regularly 6 monthly checks with Dr Sabzevari affectionately known as The Boss. I always enjoy a quick banter with both. “Hi There I've always used Bhandal In Cradley. But Since COVID i haven't been,i tried ringing quite a few times only to be 14 in the Que. (this is not a criticism ) .So i tried Bhandal Colley Gate,got through straight away and made an appointment for the next day.Fantastic. On having a few moments spare i looked at the reviews for Colley gate ,some of the reviews were ok ,but two fairly recent ones didn't make such good reading.I thought "o dear what have i done". I can only speak as i find ,i have had dealings with three members of staff one being the dentist and i cant fault the staff at all, on all occasions polite jokey pleasant more than helpful, i was at ease all the time and would recommend this practice based on my experience , one last thin my partner has moved her too. “I am very satisfied and happy about Dr Ravinder, after hearing the problems that i had with my previous dentures from a different dentist, he was patient and knew exactly what he was doing. He was also explaining step by step what he was going to do and how long it could take. With these dentures, he wanted to make sure it was the best fit for me by making me close my jaw, opening it, biting down, etc. My old dentist had rushed the dentures and only had me open my mouth. As a result they kept popping out of my mouth when i was talking, drinking and eating.”
