“I bought a Jaguar S-Type from Andy and Concours during COVID, and having got an itch to change it last summer, there was nowhere else I would have gone. The Audi I purchased last summer was problematic but Andy and the guys spent some time to ensure the car was perfect. Following a mechanical issue just a few weeks after I took delivery (no fault of Concours by the way, just bad luck), I decided to chop it for a Japanese import (their specialty) 2011 Jaguar XJ X351 5.0 V8, and I'm delighted. The car was prepared immaculately with nothing too much trouble. It's wonderful to come across a dealer that really cares with a team of highly skilled mechanics who are at home working on a modern as a classic. Some of the old stuff they get in for work is a sign of their reputation: Aston Martin DB4, Ferraris, Jaguars and even a slightly more humble Renault 4. A fabulous place and you won't find better!”

“Can’t recommend Phil and the team at Bennett’s highly enough! Recently on the way back from visiting friends near to lichfield my car suffered a major breakdown. I ended up crawling into Lichfield and into Bennett’s Autocare which was the nearest garage to where my breakdown occurred. The team accommodated me even though I randomly turned up at his garage and by the next morning they were working on my car to try and resolve the issue. Unfortunately what was initially thought to be the issue and straight forward job, was not the case. Phil was straight forward and honest and explained the potential fault and solutions where not in his expertise and helped me work through solutions to get the car recovered and back to the garage It came from. He undid all of his work and only charged a small amount for diagnostics and the fault finding they did do (only charged one hour labour instead of the 3/4 hours they did take). they also let me wait around in the garage whilst recovery came and my hire car came so I can get on home. After a disastrous couple of days with my car I was genuinely so glad that I found Bennett’s Autocare to help and it’s really great to see there is some kind hearted and good people in this world who put helping others first before everything else! Keep up the good work team!”

“This is the only place me and my husband take are cars. Been taking our cars here for years and never had any problems. Have never paid extortionate prices for parts and labour. Always have always book a free pre-MOTs and an MOT usually for the flowing day ( competitive prices) if work is needed then the parts are ordered and the work is carried out usually the following day the MOT is done. If the pre-MOT doesn't need any work done then the MOT is done then and the following day booked for the MOT is cancelled. Fantastic honest and friendly service, would highly recommend them. I had previously been to other garages before I came across SJ Autos and was highly overcharged. This has never happened with S J Autos. They're just so honest and reliable 5***** +”

“I would like to commend PJB Aston for the fantastic work they carried out on my car after it was damaged in a crash last year. Their customer service team was excellent in providing me with updates, and they adhered to their schedule for picking up, repairing, and dropping off the car. Additionally, they provided me with a top-of-the-range courtesy car. I must admit I wasn't thrilled when the driver, Dan, returned my car, and I had to part ways with the hire car haha! Dealing with Dan was a pleasant experience, and I believe he is a valuable asset to PJB. He certainly deserves recognition. “Cracking little garage, friendly, professional, genuine one of the few who seem to want to really help customers.....parts replaced all laid out for me to see that they really were worn/did need replacing, mechanic took me to my car and showed me a couple of issues and explained them in detail. Sat in the waiting area a couple of times and could hear one of the guys ringing round trying to obtain the best pricing for customers and in some cases also offering to source second hand parts on ebay to help customers manage costs which I've never seen another garage offer to do. Would highly recommend.”

Came from Manchester, and had an issue on the way to Birmingham. Been to three other garages on the same day and none could help me.
