“Jo and Stuart have been so welcoming and have accepted our pup into their home as though he was family. Louis gets very excited when he arrives and always comes home a happy boy! I was always nervous about leaving him overnight with anyone else but Jo and Stuart’s safe home and wealth of experience looking after dogs made me feel at ease, and knowing that Louis settled beautifully at night made me feel so relieved. Can’t recommend them enough!”

Abbie immediately responded to my request for help, even though her books were full. She groomed Enzo for the first time today - he arrived very nervous and left relaxed . “I was on the lookout for a budget friendly compact stroller that was easy to take on holiday along with something that would fit nicely in my car as I have a tiny boot. I popped into jolly tots for the first time and must say the customer service is fantastic, I asked for some help and the lady (unsure of name sorry) was lovely, she didn’t pressure me into buying an expensive item which they usually do in baby stores and she was honest in saying the difference between the cheaper pram and more expensive one which was nothing, they folded the same. I was unsure of whether this pram would fit in my boot and she even went to the extent of carrying out to my car and testing it out! Ended up buying a baby swing chair and some other things at fantastic prices! Will definitely be returning and have recommended to my friends. Keep up the good work, very hard to find stores that are not money hungry but actually wanting to help the customer find the perfect item. Also thank you for helping me carry out our items to the car and thank you for a great experience xx”

Quite often she has swapped her day to adapt to our situation and above all our dog adores her. We have never had any worries from the day we met Jo and would highly, highly recommend her to anyone.
