“Harley saved my day. This is the first time I have visited and certainly not the last. I called to explain I had been cancelled on last minute for a little princess trust hair cut and it was my birthday. My mother in law was coming with me for the haircut as she is recovering from cancer so the haircut was very important to me. Harley was AMAZING from the moment she took my phone call. She booked me in last minute within the hour and assured us that she would take care of me. So attentive realising it is more than just a haircut. The team made my mom and mother in law hot chocolates and made a real experience out of the haircut for us. Harley talked me through each step as she cut my hair, washed it and did a blow dry styled, always asking if the temperature was okay and provided me with so much reassurance. She was so patient and kind, so easy to talk to, and her hair also looked STUNNING. She is so experienced and talented in her work and made us all feel amazing. We all had a little cry at the end and even the staff with us! They took loads of photos for us during the experience and could not have been more helpful. Thank you girls, you all literally saved my 27th birthday. Forever grateful and I will for sure be back ❤️”
