The car has been faultless, the dealership was great throughout the sales process and excellent through booking and carrying out the MOT and a further safety check. Only 1 small complaint is the booking system, they have 2 garages locally, they take bookings from Lode Lane centre but not from Thornhill Rd centre, this creates confusion and occasional delays. So just check which centre the booking is for before arriving.”

Autovolks have done the last two services for less than that price and this month, brakes too. They are a really great team, Laura the office manager is so efficient too :)”

“Jason was very friendly and helpful! My brakes jammed and I couldn't move my car and instead of charging for recovery, Jason said he would come and look in situ, saving so much time and money. Brakes fixed and car returned all in a couple hours and for a very reasonable price!!!!”
