“Food was nice, but the friendliness and professionalism of Faisal (he pronounced it Fessel) was excellent. We were worried the food would take ages, as there’s a 30 min parking time limit by the Coop else we’d get charged, but he directed us to best place to park and was very helpful. “I ordered afternoon tea to be delivered for Mother’s Day. (2 adults 1 child’s) I was so impressed, it arrived in plenty of time on the day and the quality of the food was 10/10. You can tell everything in the box was 100% homemade, quality produce. My sons kids box was ace too lots of sweets and fun bits in there for him so he was a happy boy! “I had the nicest, fattest bacon sandwich. There was at least 4 rashers as apose to the 2 most places give you. It was quite possibly the best bacon sandwich I've had. The staff are welcoming and unlike a lot of the food establishments such as the 2 chippy's they accept card payments.”

“We hired the private dining room at The Boat for my Mum’s 60th birthday meal. We all had a Sunday roast with starter and dessert. From the initial email booking enquiry with Mitchell, right through to the end of the big day everything was exceptional. The service was super attentive and friendly, the food was delicious and creative, and we enjoyed pre and post meal drinks in their beautiful and sunny garden. I would not hesitate to go back there again for a special occasion or a date night treat. Big thanks to all the staff for making my Mum’s birthday extra special.”

“A true diamond in the rough! 1st time I walked in here I didn't expect a lot but it is now the only cafe I will use. Its a lot bigger inside than it looks and the staff here are wonderful. So welcoming and friendly. The food is out of this world. Ive never even had a burnt corner of toast, everything is always cooked perfectly. My only negative is that it is pretty cold inside, though this will be a blessing in the summer. You won't be sorry for coming here I promise!”
