“I recently had my wedding at Badshah Palace and the experience was absolutely amazing. The team went above and beyond to make the day perfect. The food was exceptional — our guests couldn’t stop complimenting it — and the ambience throughout the venue was beautiful. The newly renovated décor in the main hall really elevated the whole setting and made everything feel elegant and special. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. “Tried Sunnys on Thursday for the first time. Me and the partner just loved it, friendly staff and the lady who served us was an absolute star! We had mixed kebab and chips - amazing Donna meat, loved it and great price. Plus cartoons on the TV is a great touch for the kids. Definitely coming back”

“Visited on a weekend and it was very quiet, but why? This really is a great hidden gem. The food is wonderfully spiced to perfection, and the dishes have a very unique taste. There dishes are spicier than a lot of other restaurants, so i wouldn't ask for any hotter than it already comes. The service was very professional, the manager Kyle was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely visit again.”

“Absolutely on a different level when it comes to Indian food! It’s not only the best Indian restaurant in Aldridge it’s the best Indian restaurant in the UK in my opinion. Request the minty lamb curry of the trio of curries, it’s simply the tastiest, delicious curry we’ve ever tasted. The barra chops are delicious as a starter and so is paneer, the breads are always cooked perfectly, both the naan and paratha. Everyone has their preferences when it comes to restaurants, but on top of the food the welcome you get from Syed just puts this place on a different level. Cobra on draught is also a bonus, the New Zealand white wine is also excellent.”

“Just had two portions of fish & chips at the Crown. We recently moved up into the area and several people have recommended this shop. I can see why. Fish was freshly cooked and in a very light batter. Chips (and there were more than plenty for my wife & I) were hot, crispy but soft inside. Fabulous and huge portions. Don't be put off by some of the negative reviews here...all outlets can and do have ''off' days for a number of reasons but the new owner is open to constructive comment for any service which you think may be below par. I will most definitely be back and recommend to friends. Tim”
