“Travelled all the way from Worcester because I heard Henna was really good. She absolutely did not disappoint! My hair was a scraggly mess and Henna knew exactly what to do to fix it. She works with Asian hair regularly so I don't have to hear comments about how thick or how dark my hair is. I got a head full of highlights and colour along with a lovely blow dry done for a reasonable price. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to all my friends, especially of different ethnic backgrounds!”

“I've been meaning to post a review for a while! Got my hair dyed in Feb this year.. and I just wanted to say what a legend Steve is! Such an amazing dude with great experience and personality! Made the whole process smooth and effortless. It was my first time colouring my hair professionally and I can't recommend anyone enough! Steve is so chilled and we got on so well, actually had a lot on common! Gave great advice and really understands the workings/science of the hair and what will work well etc! Super patient and advised well! I regret not getting more of my hair coloured (most of the year it's tied up in a bun due to weather and therefore can't appreciate the full affect).. but it was my indecisiveness and hesitation, not Steve's fault! He had a difficult customer!! Service was second to none, all the staff are lovely. Plenty of teas /coffees and fresh air when needed! “I’m writing this review very late. I got a haircut back in January from here. Yvonne was so amazing, she put me at ease. I came to her with a several requests, it should have volume, eaves, bangs, look edgy etc etc etc. I wanted Korean curtain bangs. I had a certain cut in my mind, however, she did a better job than I could’ve imagined. My hair has grown now, but I still love my cut. I love the ease of its management. I’ll be going back there again and again for any future cuts or styling I want for sure.”

“I visited SG Hair for a treatment called Revitalise keratin. In the past, I have had a keratin treatment however, each time I had it my grey/white hair was left very brassy, and even purple shampoos could not bring back the shine and tone of my natural hair colour. I did my research for a treatment that could combat this, and for a hairdresser that could deliver it. I had a WhatsApp consultation prior to booking the appointment, and was looking forward to what was in store. Sam did a brilliant job with the treatment, and took her time to see how my hair was responding to it, in terms of keeping my natural colour bright. She gave good advice on after-care, which will help me maintain the result. I loved the cut and finish, she cut my hair exactly how I like it to be cut. Her expertise was unquestionable, and her staff were friendly and attentive. I’m a very satisfied customer!”

“We went to Diamond Heaven in Birmingham to buy birthday gifts. We were served by Baseem who really helped us select them. Nothing was too much trouble and he showed us all the different styles. He helped us choose a design which is a pear shaped diamond in a halo setting and it is absolutely outstanding. My granddaughter said it was her best shop ever. Another chose a pear shaped diamond in a simple claw setting which is stunning. We were so pleased we returned and were served by Sofija who was equally helpful.
