“Was referred here by my vets as my Labrador Arnie has 2 different cancers in 3 places. The care from ALL the staff has been brilliant. I cannot thank them enough for the attention they give Arnie. Pulling up to the vets Arnie gets over excited in the car and drags me through the door and knows exactly where he’s going. The staff seem equally as excited to see him. We have to visit quite often as he had 5 rounds of chemo, with blood tests a week later and a couple of CT scans thrown into the mix too. We have been there almost every Monday for the last 4 month and every time is exactly the same level of excitement for both Arnie and the staff. For all the medical treatment that Arnie goes through, the fact that he still gets excited to be at the vets is only testament to the personal treatment of Arnie. Especially Giulia! The way she treats Arnie and the way he acts around her is amazing. When ever I am faced with options on treatment I have absolutely no hesitation in taking Giulia’s recommendation. She treats Arnie as her own so I am entirely confident in her recommendations. I’d honestly prefer not to hear the options available but only her opinion as that is what I would go with 100% of the time. I honestly hope nobody reading this has ever a need to go see them. But if unfortunately you need their services then stop reading and call them up. Theirs no where else I would ever go to so long as Giulia and the team are still there.”

“I’ve always been to an ear specialist since been young and 2 years ago was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma! What the heck is that…… ahhhh that’s why I can’t hardly walk the dogs or enjoy walks, that’s why I can’t talk to people when I’m walking, that’s why I feel so disabled!! So whilst I waited for an operation I struggled for 2 years! Knowing nothing about vestibular therapists and what they did. I found John and he rang me and I could have cried on the phone. Telling him my symptoms and him understanding and explaining it was normal due to the tumour was a huge relief. I had surgery to remove it out of my ear. John explained more than the surgeon did and I had such an intense thorough assessment. John has so much experience. The up to date equipment he has to test every area of the vestibular system is un real. The exercises I’ve done at home in between visits have had a huge impact on my recovery. John has great communication methods, any questions or concerns I just email straight away and he always replies. It’s been 3 months since surgery and I literally can’t thank John enough!! He’s really helped me feel normal again and supported me in accepting I won’t necessarily be 100% perfect but we will do everything possible to get their. Thankyou John from the bottom of my heart ! Your wonderful.”

“My Audi A3 had been to practically nearly every garage/mechanic in Bradford but not a single person could fix it, until I went to Chris who worked his magic on my car. My car had a glow plug light flashing for months, it was an on and off thing but when I took it to Chris was when my car felt like it was finished. It had the engine light on with the glow plug and no power whatsoever. The light would always read 'Supply Voltage Category B injectors'. Now people gave me a million recommendations that it could be injectors, EGR valve and all sorts, Chris checked the diagnostics machine, twiggled around with a wire in the engine bay with swicthed the car off. He then started it again and the sound of the engine and lights disappeared. I left the car with him for around 2 days, he repaired just a broken wire which was the only thing wrong with the car, invoice was around £228. Ever since, my car has not had a single light on the dash. Goes to show when you give your car in to experts, its very likely your car will be good as gold but sadly, there aren't many knowledgable mechanics around in Bradford, most are money grabbers. If there is anything wrong with your VAG group cars, which are Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, do not hesitate at all to bring your car here, yes it is a little pricey but the money is going to professionals and with quality work is a premium price to pay. Plus I've shared a very genuine and recent experience so you all know how it went with me. Thanks again Chris.”

Put me at ease, the whole time. Talking me through what was happening and holding my hand. Receptionist was also lovely, finding me when I had left my umbrella in the waiting area. Although I didn't use them, there was a drinks and snack machine in the waiting area. It was very busy when I arrived so had difficulty parking, so glad I went early.”
