I tried a Merc specialist who couldn't look at it in time beofre the MoT was due but they referred me to Prestige Car Care who were able to accommodate me fairly quickly. They managed to get the door open without damaging anything and replaced the faulty latch with a working used part which saved me a bit of money. Communication was excellent and they even arranged for me to be able to collect the car because I couldn't get to them unti after they'd closed on that paricular day. If I ever need to farm out any work (I do most car repairs myself) I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.”
