I was writing the review and saw the negative reviews and was disappointed to see what was written. Mohammad Atif from my gathering is not even a customer and a friend of Waqas Arshad whom I was present in the shop when this issue was raised. I remeber you telling me when I had my battery replaced to keep it serviced ensure a filter is installed and that neglectful driving is not tolerated I know on many occasions you will still warranty out a battery but it is also true that this is not sustainable if a customer is constantly neglectful. You lads provide a great service locally and I will always recommend you but it is very hurtful to see a coalition of gentlement trying to tarnish your name just becuase something did not go their way. To use fake accounts and create a false narative is absolutley abhorent use of someones time and a clear violation of Google protocol and services one which I will personally be reporting. To everyone reading anything Hybrid or for that matter anything at all automotive give the lads a shout and they will handle it if not they will go out the way and help you get it sorted even if they dont gain from it thats the type of shop they are. Local services to local people at affordable rates. Keep up the hard work and Look forward to seeing you again shortly. Shame on those with time to try and tear down hard working people.”

“My Audi A3 had been to practically nearly every garage/mechanic in Bradford but not a single person could fix it, until I went to Chris who worked his magic on my car. My car had a glow plug light flashing for months, it was an on and off thing but when I took it to Chris was when my car felt like it was finished. It had the engine light on with the glow plug and no power whatsoever. The light would always read 'Supply Voltage Category B injectors'. Now people gave me a million recommendations that it could be injectors, EGR valve and all sorts, Chris checked the diagnostics machine, twiggled around with a wire in the engine bay with swicthed the car off. He then started it again and the sound of the engine and lights disappeared. I left the car with him for around 2 days, he repaired just a broken wire which was the only thing wrong with the car, invoice was around £228. Ever since, my car has not had a single light on the dash. Goes to show when you give your car in to experts, its very likely your car will be good as gold but sadly, there aren't many knowledgable mechanics around in Bradford, most are money grabbers. If there is anything wrong with your VAG group cars, which are Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, do not hesitate at all to bring your car here, yes it is a little pricey but the money is going to professionals and with quality work is a premium price to pay. Plus I've shared a very genuine and recent experience so you all know how it went with me. Thanks again Chris.”

“I took an 18 year old run around to motosave Allerton, this car was in need of a lot of work, from tyres to rocker gasket replacement, bulbs to rear brake drum repair. The staff there were absolutely brilliant. They told me exactly what needed doing and how much it would cost. After agreeing to the work they immediately started at about 9:30am. At about 11:30am I get a call to tell me there was a missing part they needed but couldn't source but if I could get one they would fit it at a later date. Luckily I managed to get the part the same day so it was done there and then. These guys grafted all day and had the entire list of work needed done by 4pm. Yes it wasn't cheap but i wasn't expecting it to be and to be honest I would have been paying the same possibly more elsewhere. I will certainly be using them again in future. 5* service.”
