The public areas are spacious super clean and comfortable you can relax in stylish modern surroundings. My only concern as a fist time visitor to bradford on route to another destination was the lack of knowledge of a member of staff to help me with answes to my questions about how to get to the local interchange train station and bus depot all of which apparently are very close by this was on check in teatime on the opposite scale of knowledge at breakfast another member of staff told me everything I needed to know so I think if these amenities are near to the hotel the staff should be able to advise guests on details or at least ask some one else to help maybe make a list to keep on reception of guest questions how to get to train station etc bus depot even bus stops sounds simple but as a guest I did not know I ended up getting a taxi which was maybe an expense I did not need”
